Job Title: Predictive Dialer System
Admistrator
As the Predictive Dialer System
Administrator, your role will involve the
following responsibilities:
● Responsible to ensure that the predictive
dialer is running to the best of its ability,
and make recommendations for improvements.
● Administering and maintaining Linux servers.
● Performing installation and
configuration of predictive dialers.
The ideal candidate will possess the
following qualifications:
● 2+ years of relevant experience with
predictive dialers similar to EIS as used by
Bell Canada 411.
● Ability to administer and maintain inherited
Linux servers, ensuring that no data is lost
during the process.
● Experience as a front line support for a broad
range technical problems.
● Effective written communication, consulting
and analytical skills required.
