Location: Toronto, ON

Job Title:  ERP Analyst

As the ERP Analyst, your primary purpose and function is to implement, develop and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will directly report to the IT Manager. The role will also involve the following responsibilities:

● Developing functional specifications based on operational analysis and user requirements.
● Participating in implementation planning.
● Analyzing effects of new implementation on existing and proposed systems.
● Customizing and configuring workflow.
● Defining and documenting testing processes, reviewing results with user groups, revising functional
specifications as required.
● Developing and providing training initiatives and training materials as required.
● Monitoring and evaluating ways in which the ERP system is being used.
● Recommending procedural changes to maximize benefits derived from the system.
● Making recommendations for system enhancements based on both immediate needs as well as anticipated changing business needs.
● Leading cross-functional groups to achieve common objectives, gaining cooperation and extracting necessary information from participants.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

● 2-4 years of relevant experience.
● Strong understanding of various aspects of a manufacturing operation. Must be a sound communicator with the ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.
● Effective written communication, consulting and analytical skills required.
● Strong knowledge of logical business processes and process redesign.
● Versed in ERP application configuration, report design and interface development.
● Familiar with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
